My real estate experience covers it all from start to finish. My first exposure to the business was preparing loan documents for one of Atlanta’s largest Savings & Loan Associations. Since that time I have gained a wide variety of additional real estate experience working for one of DeKalb County’s largest residential developers and as the marketing coordinator for the dynamic Carter, Atlanta’s first commercial-only real estate company. Since becoming licensed in 1998, I have worked for several homebuilders where I gained experience in new home sales.
Over the years I have sold homes in DeKalb, Cobb, Fulton, Clayton, Walton, Gwinnett and Fayette Counties. They run the gamut from new to re-sale homes and from fixer-upper to custom-built luxury homes. My clients have also been varied coming from local neighborhoods to as far away as Asia and Europe. I genuinely enjoy helping people get acquainted with Atlanta and its neighborhoods, sharing my enthusiasm for my hometown. I have earned several real estate awards including the RE/MAX Executive’s Club and the coveted RE/MAX 100% Club designation. In addition, as a member of the DeKalb Association of Realtors, I am a recipient of the Pinnacle Award, the prestigious Phoenix Award and I’m a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.
Because I grew up in Atlanta / Decatur, I am familiar with local area history and have many life-long friends and family living in a variety of metro counties.
Needless to say, my contacts have proven to be a great resource for valuable neighborhood insight when helping buyers find their perfect home. My marketing background and negotiating skills, learned from the most successful in the field, have been a valuable resource.
Because I never sees my clients as a number, I am able to report that my business is based primarily on referrals. My goal has never been to sell the highest number of homes, but instead has been to give my clients the attention they deserve by taking time to help them to prepare their homes for sale in order that they can get the best possible selling price. Whether representing a buyer or a seller, I enjoy the challenge of helping my clients negotiate a winning deal.
